Wanna talk about DICE in general? I've seen you working hard to push out content from the korean paywall chapters from NAVER and was wondering if you have access to it. I myself have to use external sources to read it for myself. I also aren't able to really read korean that well and would like help from you to edit/check some of the edits i made assuming you are able to read korean well.
You should join in the discussion at DICESCANS blogspot where the scanlators of DICE are mostly talking and discussing latest translated chapters of DICE. It will help make it more lively with your input.
Hopefully, we are able to work together with each other to make this wikia page really informative for people who wants to read up on it.
Loool, I'm already experienced at getting images from protected sites. However, I dunno what you meant by paywall, since I get them tru the "hidden" way. Once you gain that hidden way, its easy to get the image; actually, the Korean Webtoon was much easier to get since it has auto-link to the image but in the Translated from LINE site, you have to test the image links to see if that's the image you're looking for.
As from understanding that the heck the DICE series in Korean, I have no idea-- FanTrans and the Official are my only sources lol. Sorry if you think I can read it-- I only can have the power to get the image. You don't need to worry about much of your edits, as far as I know, it's good. At least you could understand Korean.
I was already a fan of DICE when it was still knew, though just recently I binge-read it when I stopped in 30th Chapter (probably cause I forgot? hahaha). Since I know wikia stuffs, I decided to help here, so yea! I hope I can help you too, though I'm more on template stuffs to spruce up the wiki, as youcan see. If you need "certain" parts of images in the webtoon, I'll be glad to help you out there too. I'm good at pic-editing.
Just link me out of the discussion board of this DICESCANS and I'll see what I can help haha.
My bad for not elaborating on the "paywall" part. If you did not know, NAVER has those unpaid raws which are free for anyone to view without paying. There is also the "paywall" chapters which one must pay to read and access these "paywall" raws/chapters. These raws/chapters are generally 2-3 chapters ahead of the normal raws/chapters. It uses an application called NAVER Comic Viewer to read the the "paywall" chapters/raws. At the moment when i am writing this, the unpaid raws/chapters consists of chapters from 1-191 while the raws/chapters consists of chapters from 1-194.
What i was trying to convey was that if you are able to harvest the paid raws/chapters from the NAVER Comic Viewer or have access to the paid raws/chapters, the DICESCANS team will be able to use it to produce more chapters for the readers to read.
As for DICESCANS, i am not affliated to them by any shape or form. Im just an active commenter and viewer of their site. You can email Splicer (Admin) of the site if you have access to the site raws/chapters. He (Splicer) also has a separate wikia page for DICE which is quite inactive and you might be able to help him edit and make the site better if you have spare time. I can also contribute some information if needed.
Other than that, i hope that i cleared up any loose information. Thus, i look forward to your active contribution to this small community! PS: tell splicer that i sent you there :P
Well since i read up ahead, i might as well put in the additional content but it is still at your own risk since you are updating the wikia. If you can, can you try to cover up the "spoiler" content? Im not really good at formating it so, i might need your help on covering it up. (Like those mouse over to reveal spoiler content thingy).
Ah, don't worry about the spoiling. For me, I don't really care since its like 2-3 chapters away, and its not like the whole wikia surrounds the "present" or the up to date information yet, so its fine. Besides, the wiki homepage states that the wiki already contains spoilers in every page, so its their fault not on listening to that.
Ah i see,its okay then. I too have school as such that i am unable to be online that much too. If you are ever online, just try to be online on the Live! Chat. If possible, do you have any other means of communication such as disqus, steam or discord so that we are able to chat easier?
Splicer, the admin of the Dicescans blog, is also an admin here (Hythlodaeus) though he's been too busy scanlating to do any editing here. The other DICE Wiki will eventually be merged with this one once he's ready.
